Job Description
The Bilingual Front Office Homeowner Services Rep will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Spectrum experience by delivering extraordinary service to our clients and internal customers.  

What will the Expectations of this Role be?

  • Welcome Homeowners in the office
  • Receive Homeowner payments
  • Handle walk in billing questions
  • Credit card check-in/check out
  • Distribute and scan mail
  • Inventory and stocking supplies for mailroom
  • Order office supplies
  • Conference room scheduling
  • Management of shredding boxes
  • Interview set-up
  • New Employee set-up (computer, office supplies, etc.)
  • Mail interoffice mail weekly to San Antonio
  • Small emergency mail-outs
  • Building maintenance-checklist & tracking
  • Building housekeeping
  • Utilize internal search tools to find information
  • Transfer calls to appropriate parties
  • Working extensively with Outlook, and software for recording correspondence
  • Conflict de-escalation and resolution with difficult or upset customers
  • Generating agreements for customers
  • Following up on outstanding issues
  • Talk face to face to explain situations or billing issues and provide billing support
  • Provide high level customer service
  • Marketing/business development projects
  • Internal and external emails
  • Anticipate internal and external needs

  • Delivers renowned customer service to all phone customers and drop-in homeowners by placing the customer first

Hourly Pay: $15.00
