Job Summary:
As a Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data management processes. You will be responsible for handling various data entry tasks, supporting transitions, and assisting with loss run pulls. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Epic Data Entry: Accurately add and backfill property details, Statements of Values (SOVs), and other relevant information into the EPIC system.
Indio Data Entry: Manage data entry for upcoming renewals, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Transitions Support: Facilitate the entry of new prospect information from Transitions to Epic, allowing the BLIG team to focus on marketing efforts.
Data Matching: Perform one-time data matching between CINC and EPIC to create a comprehensive client key.
Loss Run Pull Support: Assist in pulling loss run data to support various business needs.
Job requirements
Proven experience in data entry and administrative support roles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in using Epic and Indio systems is preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
