Tasks performed frequently

  • Plan, prepare, research, and manage projects for a portfolio of associations
  • Association insurance and risk project management
  • Required litigation needs
  • Communicate and foster team building with associations via meetings, calls, and emails
  • Various financial (for example, financial statement oversight, bid process and bid spec proposals) and budget-related responsibilities
  • Provide amazing same-day service, according to company-wide commitment
  • Author or provide correspondence, budget information, newsletters, and election information
  • Coordinate, attend, and facilitate successful association board and annual meetings (some of which will be evening meetings)
  • Thoroughly inspect association property each month and create proactive action plans
  • Vendor relations, including vendor bidding
  • Educate all board members on legislation changes that impact their HOA
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Tasks performed more infrequently

  • Completion and mastery of new skills via our internal education program

REQUIREMENTS

Prior HOA management experience is NOT required for this role. A successful candidate may have experience in retail, restaurant, administrative, or task/project management roles. We highly value initiative and the ability to work independently; if you require a great deal of supervision, this role may not be right for you.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary depends on experience, typically in the range of $40,000 to $44,000 annually, higher if HOA Community Management experience previously.

  • We offer 5 weeks of PTO
  • We offer 40 hours per year for paid community service activities
