The marketing manager will own marketing execution

The mission includes:

Aligning marketing with brand visions. Clearly defined objective based marketing plans. Conceptualizing and cultivating content strategy. Developing marketing processes to produce consistently effective deliverables focused on customer experience and buyer needs. Evaluating content, producing actionable reporting and optimizing for effectiveness.

Reporting to the Marketing director, the marketing manager oversees the day to day of the marketing staff including development, design, and content staff. The marketing manager will also coordinate with outside SEO, copy, development, database, and other vendor providers. Establish relationships with internal stakeholders for each company and providing proactive communication on relevant marketing initiatives. Part of the stakeholder relationship is creating user friendly and ROI demonstrating marketing reporting.

Job requirements

  • At least 7 years marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing
  • Strong preference for some front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, CSM)
  • Experience executing on company brand strategy
  • Demonstrated history of executing progressive needle moving change projects
  • Successfully engaging staff and stake-holders to create impactful deliverables
  • Incredible project management skills
  • Small ego, the best idea is more important than being right
  • If candidate moves to a panel interview, a dynamic portfolio presentation will be required
