Job summary

The Legal Services support role is focused on property code, accounts receivable process, working with attorneys and clients. Typical background would be as a para-legal admin, accounts receivable, or from the collections industry. The Legal Services Support team, manages attorney portfolios, various administrative tasks, and works closely with attorneys on various legal matters.


The day to day will consists of the following, but not limited to:

  • Managing attorney portfolios
  • Responding to and meeting with client and customer inquiries
  • Drafting general business correspondence related to legal matters
  • Review and interpretation of documents
  • Process files and research
  • Posting invoices, checks, and ticket management
  • Educating employees and homeowners
  • Managing metric spreadsheet
What will the Expectations of this Role be?
  • This position requires strong attention to detail and analytical/auditing skills.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, solve problems, work independently while adhering to strict deadlines, and work at a fast pace for a long period of time while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must also be detail oriented, take pride in producing great work, possess a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Must have accurate alpha numeric data entry skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and Word
  • Must have the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners and vendors over the phone while communicating in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Must have clear and concise written communication.
  • Must have an understanding of account reconciliation.

Job requirements


What Skills Do We Require of our legal services support specialist?

  • Responsible for maintaining and administering escalated accounts, which includes auditing and verifying account transaction history, corresponding with third party file administrators, signing and reviewing Affidavits, and maintaining mailing addresses.
  • Knowledge of the regulations and ensuring compliance with appropriate billing and collection policies.
  • Large amounts of data input and verification are required to ensure accurate account information is maintained. Posting payments, processing invoices, reviewing legal correspondence, maintaining a database of correspondence, providing service to various third-party vendors, and time management are required.
