Orangebox Enterprises is looking for the ideal candidate to contribute to our business development teams.  The Sales Development Associate will be the initial voice of our companies, Blue Lime Insurance Group*, and Spectrum Association Management, for prospective clients.  

This position requires the ability to make an unbelievable impression on business clients by answering incoming calls immediately, following up with leads, and wowing every customer with incredible sales service. The goal is to convert contacts and leads into viable prospects. This is not a call center position, you will be a part of a close knit sales and marketing team. 

*We will pay for you to go to insurance school and pay for your license(s).

The ideal candidate will be able to qualify and nurture leads.  They will enter all relevant information into our CRM system and updating the prospective client database. This role will be inquiring with new and existing sales leads. Outbound and inbound calls will be routine.  We are looking for someone with a collaborative spirit in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. We will utilize this team member to help us create a uniform sales process.

The Sales Development Associate will need to be organized, efficient, driven, and able to operate under some pressure. The performance will be measured, in part, by the number of qualified leads created and customers added to the database. It is essential that the person selected for this role must understand and live by the motto: Grow or Die.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Be the initial point of contact for prospective clients
  • Provide a refreshingly positive experience on that first call while qualifying the lead
  • Perform high quality follow up calls
  • CRM Management
  • Schedule calls between nurtured leads and division sales staff
  • Update prospective client database daily
  • Execute on sales and email scripts

Full-Time (40 hours) or Part-Time (20 hours)


Desired Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone with incredible customer service skills, who is organized and is a capable writer. The right candidate must be passionate about growing a business, meeting goals and working on a collaborative team.  Sales experience and client management software experience preferred. Email template creation experience a huge plus.
