If this sounds like you, we’d like to talk! We are adding to our exciting IT team with a new Director of IT to lead our small, yet very effective IT team. This person will need to operate in a wide scope, from executive presentations to occasionally manning the help desk. No challenge is too big, and no task is too small.

What are the Top 5 Qualities of someone that is successful at this role?

  • Strategic, high-level leader of people and systems, coming from a similar size company and type of position. We are not looking for a leader from a large corporation and not looking for a specialist (such as an engineer or developer). This is very much an administrative leadership position and must have experience with direct reports.
  • Influential change agent that will champion new ideas and enhancements to our technology and services that will improve scalability of our business models.
  • High-Level technical knowledge of most major systems including, but not limited to, cloud-based software systems, Office 365/Azure Administration, SharePoint, VoIP systems and call center applications, network infrastructure, and contractor and consultant sourcing and management.
  • Empathetic teacher of how to use technology to better each employee’s (your internal customers) work experience. From speaking in large groups, to sitting with individuals, to developing digital training content.
  • 5+ experience directly managing an IT administration staff in a similar multi-location mid-sized company; and bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.

Total Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full time, exempt position.
